Services I provide
I provide a specific range of services to help you develop your part as far as you need. Whether you need a one-off performance part for your race car or want to improve on and take an existing part into full-scale production, I can make it happen. I provide a fully confidential and secure service the whole way through the process, so you can rest easy knowing that your intellectual property is safe.
3D Modelling & Drafting
I will create 3D models and provide technical drawings for your products. This is often the first phase of bringing your idea to life. Simply provide me with a drawing or even a sketch on a napkin with dimensions and I will make it happen! Need an existing model modified? I can do that as well!
Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning
I am able to 3D scan and reverse engineer existing parts. Usually, this is done for obsolete parts or, an existing part that you would then put your own spin on. 3D scanning is also an amazing tool for 3D scanning areas that you will develop many parts for e.g. 3D scanning a whole engine bay.
Rapid Prototyping
When your 3D model is designed and ready for prototyping, I will provide a full suit of prototyping services, using my certified and trusted manufacturing partners. These include; CNC Machining, CNC Sheet Metal folding, Sheet and Tube Laser Cutting, CNC Tube Bending, 3D Printing with materials such as Engineering grade Nylons, Stainless steel and titanium.
Consultancy - Manufacturability
With over 10 years of manufacturing experience, I can review your part for manufacturability, recommend the best production process, and consult on necessary design changes. I’ll also provide advice on how to reduce manufacturing costs. For example, low-volume parts can now be efficiently 3D printed.
Consultancy - Manufacturing
I can assist in finding a reliable manufacturing partner and provide consultation throughout the process. This includes traveling to the factory, overseeing trial production, and advising on shipping methods, ensuring a smooth production journey.

Sunnydale Fountain Restoration
Redesign of the main fountain sprout as well as the concrete top that it mates to. Designed off of historic photos. Thieves broke this fountain to steal the brass. A new one was made from aluminum, brass plated and stolen again. This time they found it was not brass. Restored a second time. Featured in Engineering & Manufacturing magazine.
